Hear Me Now Series

In the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020 following George Floyd’s death, we saw many of our Black colleagues suffering with the injustice being done in this country to people of color. We wanted to create a way to put a spotlight on some of their amazing stories and give them a platform to do so. That’s how the Hear Me Now series was born. It’s a platform where Guided by Good’s Black employees share their experiences and perspectives on social media. This is an opportunity to share different views and encourage people to see the world from a lens different from their own. By working on this project I was able to hear so many amazing stories, and for that I am thankful.
